On a medium pot, boil potatoes and eggs together. Remove the eggs after 12 minutes and rest it for couple minutes to boil it inside properly.
Once Potatoes are boiled, peel both eggs and potatoes. Also, place them in different containers. Cut eggs according to the picture.
Now mash the potatoes nicely with hand or you can use bottle of a glass.
Then, add onions, salt, spices accordingly and mix it well with the mashed potatoes.
Next step is to make Potato balls with hand. Press in the middle to fill egg or meat inside. Meanwhile prepare the pan to heat up and add enough oil to fry the Aloo Chop.
Once the oil is heated, one by on roll over the chaaps on egg and breadcrumb, and cook it on the pan.
It will give a fine golden color each sides. Turn each chaap carefully so that it doesnt break.
Serve warm aloo chop with the dipping sauce.
